For Imsomniacs.........This will work

Do you have problems sleeping?

Do you want to punch those stupid sheep that you're counting in their stupid furry faces?



Try This warm smoothie at night and it will hopefully help you relax.
The ingredients help produce serotonin and melatonin in your brain that help you relax.

Hot Cherry Cocoa monster.

6 Pitted Cherries
1/2 Ripe organic Banana
1 tblsp milled chia seeds
1 tsp organic cocoa Powder
1/2 cup hot skimmed milk. (almond milk or coconut milk will be ok too)
pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon
1 tsp natural honey
for a bit of decadence, add 2 tsp cream. (I always use alpro almond cream)

This is always great if you heat the Milk really well or warm it in a microwave after you have blended.

This is a tried and trusted formula that has helped a member of my family. It is NOT a cure, but it helps to relax you and aids a restful night and hopefully keep away the insomnia gremlin.
